As I'm sure you are all aware, Spamfield is next Friday week, June 11th.

Paul & Nikki have once again kindly donated the use of their van for the weekend, which I shall be again driving over on the Friday.
This year it has been agreed that the Club will fund the costs involved with this trip - so if you want your camping gear transported
over again this year, this time for free, better start sorting it out fairly soon!!

It has also been agreed that I will leave the airfield at 11am SHARP this year - it is a 2hr trip to Soton - and this will give me the opportunity to be in place at the Terminal ready to board the next available ferry for the hour long trip, once I know that you are all about to take off for the flight over.

This, hopefully, should mean that you and the van arrive at Sandown as near as possible at the same time, and hopefully ensuring we bag enough space to all camp together.

Nikki has once again very kindly agreed to do a BBQ for the Friday night, at a cost of £5 per head - so have your money ready!!

So, please make sure that your gear for the van is in the Clubhouse, preferably on the Thursday night - or early Friday morning - there is not unlimited space, and it's "first come first served" - so you have been warned!!

Anyone looking for a navigator / co-pilot for the trip to Sandown ?
I am currently grounded due to the Eurostar wing problems and would be glad of a ride across.

Please call on 07794 364153.

Regards,
