radio interference

Hi Mike,

We spoke this afternoon about radio interference and you suggested a 22,000 microfarad electrolytic capacitor for the regulator. I have been on Maplin website and can't seem to find one that high. They do a 2200 microfarad can capacitor. I'm wondering whether I put down too many noughts. Is 22,000 right or am I being really thick?
