Anyone for a club outing over the Channel next summer?

I'm curious to know if there is much club interest in trying to organise a group "fly-out" across the channel next summer? Somewhere not too far that should be within all our capabilities and perhaps of particular interest to those who have never crossed the channel before, or those who may have previously flown the channel but would like the assistance a group can provide with issues like planning or filing of flight plans etc.

It doesn't have to be a long trip, perhaps pop over to northern France for a few days, or maybe a long weekend going to Belgium and back, (there is a microlight club not too far from Brugge I visited some years ago)? Suggestions of possible destinations where other people have previously had good trips would be particularly helpful too.

We have an annual club fly-in, and I am curious to know if there is enough interest to perhaps begin an annual club fly-out? What do you all think?
